Warm up is a portion of stretching and preparation for physical exertion and preparation by gently exercising beforehand.
Jogging is sloe style of trotting or running. The major goal is to improve physical fitness while putting less stress on the body than faster running but more than walking, or by maintaining a constant speed for a longer period of time
Regular jogging offers many health benefits. Jogging can help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, it strengthen the muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilo joules and of course help maintain a healthy weight.
