Today they are remembered mostly for Anne Boleyn’s marriage to Henry VIII, which ended in bloody fashion inside the walls of the Tower of London with a swordsman taking Anne’s life. However the Boleyn’s before this had a remarkable rise to favour, but an even more spectacular and devastating downfall. Today we look at ‘The destruction of the Boleyn family.
